Nr 30 on diagram. Requires 1 per car. This is a polyurethane insert to fit into and fill the voids in the original mount. It is designed to limit movement of the engine to provide additional stability under acceleration.

By doing so, it stiffens the rubber mount reducing engine/trans movement during acceleration and smooths out gearshifts for an improved driving experience. Fits Volvo S60, V70, V80, XC60, XC70 with B6* 3.0/3.2 6Cyl engines, Ford Mondeo MK4 ST, S-Max ST with the 2.5 Duratec engine, Land Rover Discovery Sport 1 and Freelander 2 with 2.0L Turbo Petrol engines and Range Rover Evoque L538 2.0L Turbo Petrol models and 2.2L Diesel manual models.
